The area of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. Romantically named “the cradle of Prosecco”, this territory boasts a favorable alchemy of climate, exposure and characteristics of hilly grounds which always makes it particularly suitable for the winegrowing.

Harvesting by hand is not only a tribute to the tradition but also it is a process which does not alter the organoleptic properties of the grape berries. The grapes reach the winery in order to be submitted to the de-stemming, the crushing and the pressing. The winemaking in tanks is the end of the cycle.
